Customer Service Rep. (F/T Evenings)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for serving customers by keeping the customer contact database current and by interfacing with our customers via the telephone. The CSR is accountable for soliciting and receiving customer feedback using a proactive, diplomatic approach. CSR follows all corporate procedures and policies when dealing with our customers. CSR participates in all assigned training, setting and meeting personal goals. CSR understands his/her role as brand ambassador and represent a positive brand image to all customers.

Job Duties

    
  • Collect and analyze customer service and client issue information in order to measurem in real time, our level of cutomer satisfaction
  • Ensure all customer feedback is captured and handled professionally, leaving the customer with a positive experience
  • Where possiblem engage customers in completing CSI surveys via telephone or, alternatively, ask for their permission to send the survey via email.
  • Become a super-user of the national customer survey database, providing business analysism reports, and trend information that is useful for dealership performance.
  • Ensure that our local customer database is kept current and build additional information into customer profiles as it is collected
  • Ensure to keep all customer files who are registered with the National No Contact Registry up to date in Reynold & Reynolds, as well as Contact Management.
  • Collect cusomer feedback on our products, service, promotions, or any other examples that affected delivery of customer care, both positively and negatively.
  • Participate on troubleshooting issues within the customer service process
  • Share successes and foster an atmosphere of success
  • Perfoms other duties as required
  • Requirements

        
  • Experience in a customer service role in a retaul business would be helpful
  • A certificate or diploma in a related field preferred
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills
  • Experience in all aspects of customer service, particulary relationship-building and customer feedback
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the need of clients and report meaningful information
  • Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing enviroment
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • High level of proficiency with database software packages
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

    Supervisor, Service Drive Thru

    Crowfoot Village Honda requires the services of a results oriented professional Service Drive Thru Supervisor to manage the day to day operations of our very busy service drive thru. This very key and hands on position requires the on going supervision of five Service Advisors, a rotating crew of shuttle drivers as well as four Business Development Centre appointment coordinators in addition to cashiers and service receptionists.

    Reporting directly to the Service Manager, our ideal candidate will:

        
  • be a proven performer in a metro import service deparment
  • able to prioritize, multi task and deal with emergent issues
  • able to professionally and effectively resolve customer concerns
  • be extremly well organized, punctual, polished and tactful
  • have oustanding leadership, follow up and people skills
  • have a take charge attitude and dedicated work ethic
  • be able and willing to both give and take direction in a positive and respectul manner
  • will have a documented outstanding record of CSI achievment
  • be experienced with Reynolds and Reynolds and be computer literate
  • be capable and willing to work hours commensurate with a retail automotive service operaton including shift work, flexible hours and a Saturday rotation
