There is an immediate opening for a Supervisor at our Big 4 Motors Commercial Centre location.
The Supervisor will be responsible for the overall quality of the Service provided by the Commercial Centre, and its organization and administration. On a daily basis this person will provide guidance and supervision to Detailers, to ensure overall high quality of performance.
Other duties include:
- Providing work scheduling, guidance and supervision
- Assessing comeback responsibility
- Ensuring periodic controls and checks
- Maintaining department expense control
- Ensuring all aspects of service are carried out in a prompt and efficient manner
- Ensuring proper maintenance of building and equipment
- Performing Developmental Assessments on subordinates
- Identifying and implementing training needs for staff
- Adopting and demonstrating a leadership style that emphasizes the concepts of customer awareness, team-approach, coaching of subordinates and open communication
This successful candidate will have several years of dealership experience and preferably a Supervisory/Management background. Reynolds and Reynolds exposure would also be considered a real asset.
