Customer Service Representative – Advantage Ford
There is an immediate opportunity within the Wood Automotive Group for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist in the Service Department.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the CSR ensures all service customers receive a warm reception and responds to all service phone calls in a prompt, professional manner. Excellent computer, phone and customer service skills required.
Other duties include booking of repair orders and updating information in the Reynolds & Reynolds system, as well as closing-out and cashing service customers’ repair orders.
Candidates must be reliable team players, who are committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Previous dealership experience is considered a great asset.
